Arrival/check-in: from 15:00 or by arrangement. Data entry of personal details is conveniently possible via online check-in. After booking, we will send you an online link. Otherwise we will be happy to do this for you on arrival.

 

Handover of keys: Personally on arrival, welcome, short introduction and briefing (heating, ski depot, parking, waste separation system).

 

Departure/check-out: until 10:00 a.m. or by arrangement. For check-out after 10:00 a.m. we reserve the right to charge an extra fee. We recommend arriving by car.

Is there someone nearby if a problem should arise?
Yes, our family lives on the farm and will be happy to help you.

Is the holiday flat barrier-free?
Yes, the holiday flat is barrier-free. It is on the ground floor. There are no steps. There are also no obstacles in the shower.

Final cleaning:
The final cleaning is included in the price.

 

Laundry service:
For stays longer than one week, or on request, we offer a change of linen and towels. Here we charge 10 € per person of the current flat occupancy.

Payment and cancellation conditions: 
Deposit:

At least ⅓ upon reservation by bank transfer. Payment of the remaining amount on arrival if possible or by arrangement.

We accept: preferably cash (up to 4.999,00€ possible)

Cancellations:

• Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.

• Cancellations from 29 to 15 days before arrival: we keep the deposit.

• Cancellations from the 15th day before arrival: 60 % of the agreed total price.

• Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival: 90 % of the agreed total price

• In case of late arrival or early departure, the corresponding days will also be charged with 100 % of the daily rate.

 

Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately we have to disappoint you regarding pets. We fully understand that a pet is a member of the family and therefore deserves a holiday. However, our holiday flat was only newly built in the summer of 2021 and we have placed a lot of value on the furnishings and equipment of the flat, for this reason we have decided against accommodating animals in the flat. We hope for your understanding.

Pick-up service for arrival and departure:
On request from/to the nearest railway station in Olang or bus stop in Oberrasen.

 

Parking:
An open parking space is available for your car free of charge on the farm premises.
